| Casa Mignon is a lovely detached villa standing in its own grounds in a secluded position, approximately 1.5 km from the old fishing town of Lagos. It nestles in a quiet cul-de-sac with another four individually designed detached villas. It is not overlooked and provides a perfect base for your vacation in the Algarve. |

Casa Mignon's private, kidney shaped swimming pool (approx. 10m x 4m) has steps built into one end and slopes away to a depth of 2.3 metres (approx. 7 feet). It can be heated if required (for which a small charge is made) and is complemented by a sunbathing terrace set within a walled garden. |

The calcada driveway leads down to a parking area for several cars, a garage and the beautifully manicured gardens. The villa is surrounded on all sides by a wide variety of trees, plants and shrubs. |

The Terrace is entered from side gateways or directly from the French doors of the main ground floor bedrooms. There is an assortment of comfortable outdoor furniture provided for both dining and sunbathing, an outside shower is sited by the pool. A built in BBQ is positioned by the pool terrace wall and Al Fresco dining by the pool on a warm summer evening, is a delight. |

| Flowers and blossoms are everywhere and the range of fruit trees at the rear includes nectarine, orange, lemon, plum, apricot, peach, fig and several others. Casa Mignon marmalade has been a favourite of many guests! Over the pool, above the gardens to the rear, there are fine views across to the Monchique mountains. |

Avid sun worshippers are able to use the spiral staircase to gain access to the separate, walled roof terrace. A veritable sun trap - once you are reclined, you are not overlooked!! |
