A
deposit of 25% is payable when booking, the balance
is required 8 weeks before occupation. A security deposit of
£100 will also be required. This should be paid with the final
balance and is refundable (providing there is no damage to the
property). This will be checked by our local villa manager and
returned to you within 14 days of your arrival back home. For
